Politics & Rants

This is an Era that Shall Test the Resolve of Men

Constant readers, newcomers, ladies, gentlemen, and agents of the FBI (we know you've been peeking), on this first day of 2013, we here at the Deth Guild would like to spend some time reflecting. Deep, introspective examination - on where Americans are as a people, and where we are heading. We have no plans to mince words. So dear viewers, if you seek a saccharin-sweet commentary, torn from the center of a Norman Rockwell painting, smelling of fresh Apple pie, and bordered by a red, white, and blue frame, we suggest you cease reading now, close your browser, march outside, and bury your head in the snow.

Are we clear? Excellent. Ok then, now that those who'd sooner toil in chains and lick the boots of tyrants have left our presence, let us continue...

Part I: The Seeds of Rebellion

We, as the citizens of the United States, of all political persuasions, are on a near inevitable course for a civil war.

Shocking words to some. But, to those who've been watching, listening, and reading the escalating legislative overreaches, vitriolic rhetoric, and acidic punditry, know, deep in their guts, that this is our final port of call. We as a people are mentally and emotionally preparing ourselves for the many black acts that, all too terribly soon, will become common-place. The battle-lines are being drawn, (by all sides), the logistical preparations are being made, and the cauldron's lid rumbles, threatening to boil over at the first excuse.

"Ha!" some scoff. "These are the ravings of nutters and lunatics! Such things only happen in other parts of the world! We here in America are above such base violence."

Still others, question the resolve of the American people. "The sheep dwelling here are too soft and asleep to ever bite the hand that feeds them!" they proclaim.

In rebuttal to these naysayers and detractors, we would remind them of our nation's storied history when it comes to warfare and insurrection. Americans have always been reluctant to fire shots in anger - indeed, a more tolerant, and polite society you will not find. You see, we understand war - we know in our bones the reality of it. Seeing our children, parents, and friends die, seeing our society torn to bloody shreds, there is no glamor, there is no joy. Only pain. Only death, destruction, and ashes to the victor. We Americans reflexively cringe at the mention of battle not from a lack of heart, but because we have so much of it. For we know full well the price of war.

That being said, when roused to anger, the people of the United States are the most fearful and dreadful thing known to mankind. When the list of "usurpations and abuses" at last grows truly intolerable, these joyful, peace-loving people become possessed of the most horrible resolve, and woe to those to stirred such a hornet's nest - and God-help those who supported them in it.

How many countless times have would-be tyrants - in our presence and outside of it - forgotten this uniquely American trait? How many times have the citizens of the United States been shoved and violated until unleashing the very deepest pits of hell remains the last, best option?

The answer is "too many to easily count." And too horrible to rationally contemplate were the results.

Open a history book, and look at the photos of Generals Lee, Sherman, Jackson and Grant. These men understood how terrible war with Americans is. One can see the suffering of hundreds of thousands etched into their distant, glassy eyes. The crags and wear-lines of their face betray orders foul, and deeds dark. Great and yet wrecked men, who understood all too well our nature, and were tormented by it to their graves.

Everywhere we set our gaze, we patriots see battle-space preparation - both mental and physical. The government passes laws and edicts useless to a free people, but indispensable to tyrants. The great agents of provocation and rhetoric have stepped forth, both amongst the people, and against them. Both sides are in the process of arming themselves on an unprecedented scale. And we the people have coarsened and began dehumanizing one another - for only then, after we have reduced "the other side" to maggots, can we Americans properly commence slaying our countrymen with a zeal no other people can match.

We told you constant reader, not to expect peach-cobbler with a scoop of butterscotch ice-cream. No, today we explore the dark recesses of the American psyche, and examine the interstate to purgatory we willingly hurtle ourselves inexorably down.

It's all too obvious where this path leads. This same ramp up of arms, deeds, laws, and words has taken place so many times in our past, and just as it was in 1775 and 1860, it is now. We make no apologies for being the harbingers of foul times. We simply call things as they appear. Presently, you are witnessing a pre-revolutionary society, and the escalations shall continue until one faction is crushed, abandoned in failure, or our system of governance collapses in ruin.

Part II: The Actors

In this section, we shall allow the next generation of American patriots to speak. Speech that was once the domain of small, fringe groups has spread, like a brush-fire. Jaw-clenching anger, once reserved for statistical outliers is now popping up in places like CNN and even investment and market watch websites.

Listen below to the growing righteous anger and push-back as the would-be oppressors in Washington D.C. begin to squeeze their velvet-clad fist:

William Quick, of Daily Pundit authored the following HERE:

"Because leftists love the state, anything that limits the power of the state over the people is anathema to them. Thus their horror and hatred of leaving the power of effective, violent resistance against tyrannical state overreach in the hands of the people, as required by the highest law of our land."
- William Quick

Karl Denninger, of the Market Ticker writes HERE:

So why do I write this essay?

Because we have an individual in our Senate, Diane Feinstein, who is proposing to put forward a facially-invalid law, on top of the 20,000 already-invalid gun laws on the books, purporting to violate The Second Amendment.

She doesn't give a good damn that what she proposes today, had she done so in 1775, would have instantly precipitated Concord as soon as word was passed.

She thinks she can get away with this based upon your inaction over the last few decades when similarly-bogus and facially-void laws were both proposed and passed.

It is time for We The People to take a stand, as did John Hancock, Richard Stockton, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, John Penn, Arthur Middleton and others.

Your right to life is not bestowed by government. Your right to liberty is not bestowed by government. Government never possessed those rights and you cannot bestow what you do not first lawfully possess.

You right to life and liberty were bestowed by your creator. Those rights inure to each and every one of us by virtue of being human. And here's the point which many of you wish not to discuss:

A right without the ability and willingness to defend it is no right at all."
- Karl Denninger

Joshua Boston uses CNN's blog feature to draw a line in the sand HERE:

"I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government's right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma'am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one."

"I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America. I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man."

"I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public."

"We, the people, deserve better than you."
- Joshua Boston Cpl, United States Marine Corps

Steve McCann at the American Thinker throws down the gauntlet HERE:

"The left's fundamental objective of transforming America is in sight, particularly with a fellow-traveler in the White House no longer facing re-election. Over the next four years, this faction will push their agenda more forcefully than ever as they will never allow a crisis, real or manufactured; to go to waste as they make certain an ever-increasing percentage of the population becomes indentured to the government."

"I have lived my entire life on borrowed time and now in the twilight of my years, I have but one thing to say to those determined to take away or limit my right to own a firearm and to transform and destroy the greatest nation in the history of mankind. I, and many like me, will not be intimidated and you will only accomplish your ultimate ends over our dead bodies."
- Steve McCann

The indomitable Bob Owens writes on his blog HERE:

"The Second Amendment of the United States was never written to protect hunting or target shooting. It was written by men who had just fought a successful armed revolution against the most advanced military of their day, and who wanted to ensure that future generations would be armed with weapons of contemporary military utility in order to stand against the day that once more, tyrants would attempt to consolidate power and lord over the people as their betters."

"Our AR-15s, MAC-90s, SKSs, M1 Garands, Mosin-Nagants, Glocks, Colts, and Springfields are implicitly the kind of firearms our Founders want us to have, along with their standard-capacity magazines of 20-30 rounds."

"Jerrold Nadler and his fellow would-be tyrants in federal, state, and local governments fear nothing but an armed citizenry, which is why the Founding Fathers wanted us armed against such men, who would establish a "monopoly on legitimate violence" to enslave us."

"Any attempt to take the contemporary arms of military utility our Founders wanted us to have, which includes the standard magazines and clips used in these firearms, is an act of tyranny that the Founders would recognize as an event justifying the use of force to retain our freedoms."

"Tread carefully."
- Bob Owens

Brandon Smith of Alt-Market continues the thought to it's end-point HERE:

"Revolution? Yes, it all sounds rather "extreme", but the cold hard reality of our era is not going to comfort us with diplomacies and niceties, so honestly, why should I have to sugar coat anything? We live in extreme times and there is no longer room for prancing around the ultimate consequences of that which is taking place in America today. This country is increasingly sliding towards the edge of internal conflict. The Liberty Movement and true Constitutionalists see it, subsections of Republicans and Democrats see it, and most of all, the federal government sees it. In fact, they may even be counting on it."

"Over the past two years alone, multiple draconian policies have been enacted through executive order by the Obama Administration which build upon the civil liberty crushing actions of George W. Bush and press far beyond. The Patriot Acts, the FISA domestic spy bill, the bailouts of corrupt international banks, attempts at CISPA and SOPA, actions like the NDAA authorizing the treatment of U.S. citizens as "enemy combatants" without rights to due process; all paint a picture so clear only a one-celled amoeba (or your average suburban yuppie) would not see it. You and I, and everyone else for that matter, have been designated potential targets of the state. Our rights have been made forfeit."

"There is no ambiguous or muddled separation between the citizenry and the government anymore. The separation is absolute. It is undeniable. It is vast. It is only a matter of time and momentum, and eventually there will be unbridled oppression, dissent, and conflict. All that is required is a trigger, and I believe that trigger has arrived..."
- Brandon Smith

Mike Hendrix, of Cold Fury adds to the discussion HERE:

"This is a society preparing for war," writes Bob Owens.

"Reluctantly, almost unwillingly, it should be noted. But the sad truth is, war is already being made upon it, and has been for a long time now. Said society has been more than patient, more than tolerant. But eventually, enough is enough. Everyone has their limit; freedom-loving Americans' has very nearly been reached. A few more steps over the line, and the kettle is going to boil over."

"Any liberal-fascists who think we're all going to go gently into that good night really, really need to reconsider. We all have to hope they do. But we all have to be prepared for the possibility, the likelihood, that they mightn't. "This far, no further" is more than just an empty slogan."

"Gird your loins."
- Mike Hendrix

Stanislav Mishin of... Pravda (...er wha?), has the following advice HERE:

"These days, there are few few things to admire about the socialist, bankrupt and culturally degenerating USA, but at least so far, one thing remains: the right to bare arms and use deadly force to defend one's self and possessions."

"For those of us fighting for our traditional rights, the US 2nd Amendment is a rare light in an ever darkening room. Governments will use the excuse of trying to protect the people from maniacs and crime, but are in reality, it is the bureaucrats protecting their power and position. In all cases where guns are banned, gun crime continues and often increases. As for maniacs, be it nuts with cars (NYC, Chapel Hill NC), swords (Japan), knives (China) or home made bombs (everywhere), insane people strike. They throw acid (Pakistan, UK), they throw fire bombs (France), they attack. What is worse, is, that the best way to stop a maniac is not psychology or jail or "talking to them", it is a bullet in the head, that is why they are a maniac, because they are incapable of living in reality or stopping themselves."

"The excuse that people will start shooting each other is also plain and silly. So it is our politicians saying that our society is full of incapable adolescents who can never be trusted? Then, please explain how we can trust them or the police, who themselves grew up and came from the same culture?"

"No it is about power and a total power over the people."
- Stanislav Mishin

Mike Vanderboegh of the Sipsey Street Irregulars is short and sweet HERE:

"Son, you don't poke a wolverine with a sharp stick unless you want your balls ripped off."
- Mike Vanderboegh

The Good Doctor Glenn Reynolds of Instapundant comments HERE:

"This kind of talk makes me want to buy an assault rifle. Or twelve. And really, dude, the fact that you're angry doesn't give you some sort of a pass from the norms of civil society. Or, if it does, be prepared to tolerate a lot of things that you'll find intolerable. Because, you know, a lot of people are angry."
- Glenn H. Reynolds

Kurt Hofman in a piece for the Examiner, sends a message HERE:

"We have to "bite the bullet," Senator? Those of us disinclined to buy the "all the cool kids are doing it" argument for surrendering Constitutionally guaranteed, fundamental human rights are undoubtedly tempted to tell anyone urging us to do so, in order to appease countries that violate those rights, that they, perhaps, should do some bullet biting of their own."
- Kurt Hofman

More from Bob Owens, continuing his thoughts HERE:

"They didn't know when they'd be getting anything back in stock, from magazines to rifles to pistols. Manufacturers were running full-bore, but couldn't come close to keeping up with market demand. It wasn't just the AR-15s, the AK-pattern rifles, the M1As, and the FALs that were sold out. It really hit me when I realized that the World War-era M1 Garands , M1 carbines, and Enfield .303s were gone, along with every last shell. Ubiquitous Mosin-Nagants—of which every gun store always seems to have 10-20—were gone. So was their ammo. Only a dust free space marked their passing. I've never seen anything like it."

"Every weapon of military utility designed within the past 100+ years was gone. This isn't a society stocking up on certain guns because they fear they may be banned. This is a society preparing for war."
- Bob Owens

Stewart Rhodes, founder of the Oath Keepers makes himself very clear HERE:

"I pledge to defend myself, my neighbors, my town, county, and state, against any attempt to forcibly disarm them pursuant to any "assault weapons ban" or any other illegitimate "law" passed by oath breakers within Congress, or pursuant to any illegitimate order, action, or decree by the oath breaker within the White House. We will not disarm. We will resist. And if given no other choice but to fight or to submit to abject tyranny, we will fight, just as our forefathers in the American Revolution fought against the tyrants, usurpers, and oath breakers of their day."

"If we are presented with the "choice" of submission to tyranny or fighting in defense of our natural rights, we will fight, as our forefathers fought, when the British Empire attempted to disarm them and confiscate the military pattern arms, ammunition, and supplies of their time. We will make the same choice as Patrick Henry made, when he rejected "peace" purchased at the price of chains and slavery, and said "I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!" I too choose liberty or death."

"I hereby reaffirm my oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in defense of the principles of liberty enunciated in our Declaration of Independence, for which our forefathers spilled their blood. We will not let the Republic fall without a fight."
- Stewart Rhodes

Light29ID, at the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler barks HERE:

"And once you start trying to confiscate these weapons there will be, as you say, resistance? How many of your agents are going to take on 50 heavily armed dug in Americans who won't give up their guns? You going to have another Waco barbeque? I can't wait for that because the next one will have 500 or 5000. Good fucking luck with all that."

"Oh and forget about the state and locals helping you. They have to live in the same towns, cities and counties that you're going to try and burn. When you leave, they still have to live and work there - and they know full well payback is a motherfucker. I wouldn't be surprised that in due time the state and local LEOs come out tell you to shove it up your asses, we ain't going to help, support or in anyway give credence to this shit. Gonna be a real ball buster when the locals tell you to fuck off and don't give any support. Ambulances do come in handy sometimes when your shit gets real."

"People are scared of you, the economy, life as we know in in general, and especially this fucking government that no longer fears the people. You try to start taking our guns and we will put that fear back into the government...with one hundred years of interest."
- Light29ID

Alan P. Halbert at the American Thinker pens his thoughts HERE:

"We are in far more danger from these actions of our own government than from another Sandy Hook atrocity by a crazed killer."

"The Second Amendment's purpose is to provide for the citizens' defense from all who would deny their natural God- given right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" against a criminal, a foreign or domestic enemy, or our own government. We will witness the end of the Republic if this proposed legislation is passed, since all of our rights flow from the citizen's ability to defend them."

"As for this citizen, I will never disarm or surrender my Second Amendment rights, much less willingly comply with such a traitorous act of Congress if enacted... it is actions like these that light revolutionary fervor in a nation and its citizens. It did so in 1776 and it will do so again."
- Alan P. Halbert

John Jay at Winter Soldier, Summer Patriot comments HERE:

"...when it is done, and the regime defeated, no one will talk about what he did in the war. It shall have been terrible, and brutal. Executions, murders, assassinations and the inevitable collateral damage shall be the issue of the day. This is the price that those who attempt to impose a totalitarian regime in the America's shall face. Many of us will die, and some shall become iconic photos hanging from lamp posts, stripped naked and hoisted by their ankles, as final witness and testimony to their arrogance."

"Those who seek to take our weapons trifle with history, heritage and firmly held belief. It should be remembered, those of us who believe this way are god fearing, and shall invoke and beseech our God for support. We have a religious underpinning and faith that shall carry us through this, as opposed to those who seek to suppress us. They have nothing but naked ambition to sustain them."

"Do Obama, Pelosi, and Feinstein have the stomach for this sort of conflict? Are they willing to initiate, in order to try and gain the rule they aspire to? We shall find out."
- John Jay

The patriots at the Western Rifle Shooters Association speak out HERE.

"Understand that once the ball opens, there will be no stopping the righteous fury of viciously-indignant Americans, especially once the 2013 versions of Waco and Ruby Ridge are re-enacted by Regime loyalists across the nation."

"No one associated with the Federal government or its mutant-twin ruling parties will be safe."

"Especially once the guys with the scoped hunting rifles come in."
- Western Rifle Shooters Association

J.D. Longstreet of the Canada Free Press calls out HERE:

"See, America is building a head of steam preparing to go to war with itself a second time at this very moment. This is not unusual—not in America. We have already had two revolutions. You may recall the American Revolution against Great Britain and the second—the War for Southern Independence, often erroneously referred to as the American Civil War, or the War Between the States."

"Tensions are running high all across the country as citizens are rushing to arm themselves with the closest thing resembling combat weaponry they can possibly find. Ammunition of all calibers is disappearing from the shelves of gun shops and back orders at the manufacturing plants are piled high."

"Americans are preparing to dig-in. In other words they are preparing for a fight. They are preparing for the day when the words run out, as they surely will. They will then have no other alternative than to turn—as their forefathers have done since the country was founded—to the gun."
- J.D. Longstreet

Larry Pratt, President of Gun Owners of America spoke on CNN HERE:

"...that, I think, changes the game and throws into question the legitimacy of the federal government. I would advise Mr. Obama to consider what happened to King George the third when he was doing similar things against the American colonists."
- Larry Pratt

Sheriff Richard Mack speaking to World Net Daily says many lawmen will stand up to the Feds HERE.

"The sheriffs need to be united in letting the federal government know that we're not going to allow it. Out of 200 sheriffs with whom I've met, I've only had one give me a wishy-washy answer. That one said he would try to take the federal government to court. Most of them have said they would lay down their lives first rather than allow any more federal control. They also said they would do everything they could to stop gun control and gun confiscation.... If the federal government wants to start a new Civil War, all they need to do is go ahead with gun confiscation."
- Sheriff Richard Mack

T.L. Davis of T.L. In Exile the is reminding us of the"quiet talk" HERE:

"This is how wars start. The government threatens to act unconstitutionally and the people prepare to resist. That resistance is seen as defying the government and the government sends out goons to test the mettle of the police forces to impress their cooperation. They put the squeeze on banks they lent money to freeze accounts and disrupt businesses. More citizens see the actions of the government as unjust and oppressive and stockpile more goods. The government sees this as aggression and moves to clamp down even harder."

"Somewhere along the line that bubble bursts and hell will be paid by all involved."

"This is a fight the Obama Administration is convinced it can win with enough propaganda from the mainstream media. It is not for the faint-hearted, so again I implore the reader: If they make us raise our weapons to defend the Second Amendment, lets not lower them until the Constitution is restored and the treasonous have been dealt with."
- T.L. Davis

Mike Vanderboegh of the Sipsey Street Irregulars writes candidly HERE:

"Our job is to put them on notice so that they don't blunder uninformed into this civil war that the unintended consequences of their actions will spark. Our job will be to get in their faces and say plainly, "If you try to take our firearms we will kill you." This is the same moral requirement that we would be under if a convicted home invader and rapist out on parole met us in the street and announced that he was coming to our home that night to rob, rape and kill. Would we be justified in killing him on the spot? No. But we would be obligated to warn him that if he attempts it we will kill him. Those who also have a record of robbing and raping the Founders' republic and killing its citizens to work their will upon them deserve the same sort of warning."

"Some of us will also be doing political work, but behind the scenes, doing such things as privately putting each of our county sheriffs and other politicians on the spot -- here is the Intolerable Act, will you enforce it or help us resist it?"

"Others of us, the majority I suspect, will simply be the hidden core of resistance, using the intervening time by seeing to their own training and logistics, awaiting the day when the Feds, having lost patience with those of us who publicly defy them, finally begin killing us. These will be the folks who will execute a Fourth Generation civil war upon the tyrant's leadership -- and only them to the greatest extent possible -- with the target of breaking their will as they prosecute their treasonable war against the Founders' republic. They are willing to fight to the last ATF agent and local policeman to enforce their will. But it will be by their own aggression, and the 4GW reaction to it, that we will then discover if they are willing to fight to the first Senator, the second congressman, the third White House aide, the fourth editor, the fifth Hollywood propagandist using Bill Clinton's revised rules of engagement against the Serb's in 1999. Unintended consequences indeed."

"It will be the time of One Hundred Heads, may God spare us all from its horrors. The point is that each of us must decide now what form our resistance will take. Either that, or prepare to disarm. Time is just about up. Those who are busy subverting the Founders' republic have told us so."
- Mike Vanderboegh

Dean Garrison at the DC Clothesline pronounces HERE:

"If my government comes to take my guns, they are violating one of my constitutional rights that is covered by the 2nd amendment."

"It is not my right, at that point, but my responsibility to respond in the name of liberty. What I am telling you is something that many are trying to soft sell, and many others have tried to avoid putting into print, but I am going to say it. The time for speaking in code is over."

"If they come for our guns then it is our constitutional right to put them six feet under. You have the right to kill any representative of this government who tries to tread on your liberty. I am thinking about self-defense and not talking about inciting a revolution. Re-read Jefferson's quote. He talks about a "last resort." I am not trying to start a Revolt, I am talking about self-defense. If the day for Revolution comes, when no peaceful options exist, we may have to talk about that as well. None of us wants to think about that, but please understand that a majority can not take away your rights as an American citizen. Only you can choose to give up your rights."
- Dean Garrison

Herschel Smith at The Captain's Journal has a consideration for tyrants HERE:

"If gun confiscations ever start, believe me when I tell you that they will never find me again - but they will see the results of my handiwork. They won't know it's from me, and they will never see it happen."
- Herschel Smith

Mike Hendrix of Cold Fury is loosing his temper HERE:

"I keep saying it: sooner or later it's going to come down to shooting these cocksuckers if the country is to be saved from them. I confess that I find myself less disturbed by that prospect with every successive insidious lie puked from their drooling mouths."
- Mike Hendrix

Eric Peters at SHTFplan draws the line HERE:

"What will you do?"

"It is a very hard question. Perhaps the hardest question Americans have had to face since 1861. As then, there may be no peaceful way to preserve our rights. There may be blood. As then, one side is absolutely determined to impose its will at bayonet-point. To murder us in the thousands - perhaps millions, this time - if we refuse to submit. There is no reasoning, no discussing. What we face is violence against our persons by people who absolutely will not leave us in peace - no matter how peaceful we try to be - until we have submitted to them utterly and for all time to come. We wish only to be left alone - and demand that our right to defend ourselves against those who will not leave us alone be respected. That self-defense is the most basic of rights - a right conceded even to the lowest animal. They do not acknowledge our rights; they despise the very notion of us having any rights at all. They regard their power over us as limitless in principle - and rage at even the smallest assertion of freedom of action. They loathe our guns because our ownership of guns is an expression of our determination to defend our very lives - and thus, of self-ownership."

"And that is what cannot be tolerated. Which is why the current bum-rush to disarm us has become absolutely frantic. The moment is at hand. We will either stand up and be reckoned with as free men - or we will sit down forever and accept any degradation, any humiliation. And in that case, we shall have proved worthy of such treatment.TSA 2 Future generations will look upon us with the same mixture of incomprehension and contempt that our generation looked upon those who meekly lined up naked in queue for their turn at the edge of the pit. Because it will come to that, in time."

"I am not a "tough guy." I am not looking for a fight. Rather, I desperately wish to avoid one. I'm a middle-aged American just trying to live my life, work, enjoy my pastimes and my friends and family. To be an American. A free American. I dearly value my life. Which is precisely why, if I am backed into a corner by those who refuse to leave me be - even though I harm none - then I will turn and fight. God help me."
- Eric Peters

Sibyl West at Ramparts 360 Pens the Following Missive HERE:

"Tyranny by the Marxist/Socialist/Progressive leftists will not go unchallenged by Liberty Loving Patriots, and we are on a near inevitable course for a Civil War in America. A "pre-revolutionary" movement has escalated in "fly over" country in the last 60 days... on both sides."
- Sibyl West

A closer, in full, from Emperor Misha I of the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler HERE:

"So listen up, Dianne, you purulent, oozing, totalitarian snatch: You go right ahead and try, why don't you?"

"Oh no, we're not even going to begin to entertain the notion that you and your ProgNazi friends might actually try to enforce this tyrannical power grab yourselves, that would require such qualities as principle, courage and honesty, none of which you're even passingly familiar with. We know full well that you'll browbeat, threaten and intimidate others to do it for you (and then of course the few who are already salivating at the thought of putting on jackboots and kicking in doors in the middle of the night), but that doesn't change the fact that whosoever ends up on the sharp end of that particular spear will get bloodied very severely indeed. A lot of your victims will go along to get along and thus not cause any problems, but a lot won't, and that will cause a horrendous blood bath."

"And all of that, every single casualty in that bloody war, will be on your hands."

"Because you started it."

"And when the dust settles and your side has lost, and lose you will, none of us who survive will forget just who exactly was ultimately responsible for the needless, senseless blood bath that our nation went through."

"You better pray to Satan, the god you worship, that people like His Imperial Majesty aren't among those survivors trying to clean up the mess you made, because "trial by jury" and "humane punishment" will be just about the last thing on our minds as we wade through the rubble of the nation that you sought to destroy, surveying the damage and burying our dead. Oh no. You will be tortured to death, slowly, to the point where you will be begging for death's sweet release and it will be denied, over and over again, for as long as medicine and human inventiveness can keep you alive."

"And all of the justification we'll need will be the devastation that you've brought upon both sides, upon all of our fellow Americans while you cowardly hid behind them because you didn't have the guts or even the common decency to lift a finger yourselves."

"Our only regret is that we might like it too much."

"For decades, those of us who actually oppose and are filled with horror by what went on in Germany from '33 to '45, unlike you Democrat National Socialists who have picked up the torch and swore an oath to carry it onwards for the Fuhrer, have speculated just what might have happened to those Nazi animals if the Germans in general and Jews in particular had been armed and refusing to submit."

"You keep pushing like you have, you ProgNazi subhuman swine, and we'll finally find out."

"We suspect you might not like those findings."

"We know that we won't give a shit how you feel before you die."

"The only good socialist is a dead one."

"Now come for us, but bring friends. We like targets and we'd hate to go without sending an honor guard ahead of us before you succeed."
- Emperor Misha I

Part III: Too Late to Pull Back?

That is, as they say, the question. Now, that we are on the precipice of oblivion - can we retreat - will there be a last minute reprieve? Or are we Americans condemned to once again take up the grim dance we have perfected over so many hideous performances?

We, here at Deth H.Q., unlike many others, are prepared to stake our reputations on the following position:

Sadly, we feel there will be no last minute charge by the cavalry of Rohan to save us all from the minions of Sauron. The assets are all in play, the rabble roused, and the blaze set. The trial-balloons went up years and even decades ago. The gentry class of the United States thinks the moment is now for their big promotion to "royalty." Eggshells need to shatter, and our "betters" shall be damned before denied the Utopian omelet they've salivated over since they first greedily feasted on "Prairie Fire" in college.

There is no backing down now. No escape. The propagandists for both sides have been deployed, the escalation commences abreast, and only when one side or the other has been shot, stabbed, beaten, and blown into submission shall this dirty affair end. It will take nothing short of a divine miracle for anything approaching the republic the founders created to emerge from the rubble. We are less than optimistic.

We can only hope, pray, and prepare fellow patriots. If you believe in God, now would be a good time to practice up on the whole "asking forgiveness" thing. The deeds we Americas of all political persuasions are about to embark shall be the subject of history books and cautionary tales. Hideous stories. The kind that speak of dead empires and ruined people.
